This is my favorite pharmacy! The communication is amazing whenever the medicine isn't available they go out of their way to provide you with options. Thank you for your hard work and compassion for others it really means alot!
Really used to like this place. Taking care of disabled FIL and needed to order his meds. Did the automatic thing on phone and told "ready Friday at 3 PM". Went in on Friday about 6 and not ready. The tech was a horse's behind. If I wanted to wait, ready by 7:30. No thanks. Called Customer NO service and regional manager from Auburn, AL called. Quentin is always there to help with a smile. He worked the huge line today with ease and patience.
They work closely with VA to get veterans in and out without hassles. They have no problems calling Tricare or VA to get matters resolved.
