I have never had to fight to get my normal prescriptions with any other pharmacy before. They answer the phone without even a hello, obviously annoyed that they have to talk to you. I’ve had the “head pharmacist” tell me my Zoloft, that I have been on for 10 years, same dose, needed to be changed to SID before she would fill it. So I had to pay another 150$ to get a new RX written and sent somewhere else, to just end up being told to take the same dosage. I am shocked at some of the reviews. The employees at the pharmacy have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Publix
Takes way too long to fill medications at this location. Had antibiotics sent from the doctor for Flu medicine, and they claimed they needed an hour to slap a label on a box. Acute medications like antibiotics sent directly from doctors offices should take priority over refills.
Unreliable pharmacy. Rarely has medications in stock and have long delays in getting them ordered.
