How does this make any sense? Filled script on line came in to pick up another plus this one and was was told that there were no refills left. They said they called my doctor's office and they didn't return the call. So they sat on it. I called the doctor's office with it being a Friday afternoon and stressing to them that I needed it called in immediately so I can have it over the weekend and not have to wait till Monday. The pharmacy techs are so short and rude at this Publix. I really hate even talking with them!
8 people in line, waited for 15 minutes with no line movement. This is a pharmacy. You’re supposed to be able to come and go with ease not have to wait in a line that wraps around the store. Terrible customer service model.
Usually, Publix employees are super friendly and always willing to help, but at this Publix pharmacy, there's an employee named Carolina who really doesn't seem to know how to handle customers. She always seems annoyed, doesn't respond when you say good morning or thank her, and just has a bad attitude overall. Honestly, she should probably find a job she actually enjoys.
