I went to this pharmacy to pick up my mom’s medication. I explained to the lady that was serving me that I had left my hand bag at home but my mom needs her medication it only cost 66 cents and she didn’t give the medication . I was about to leave and a young lady that works there came a helped me out .

This has been the worst pharmacy experience by far. I have had issues with so many prescriptions, but I’ll give the basics. The communication is terrible; no one calls me to tell me when they’re ready. Fill times are slow; even if I wait a day or two to go pick them up, they still haven’t been filled. Once I went in to pick up and was told it would be 40 minutes. I left and came back the next day, and they told me they were out of stock on it. No one called to explain that. I have never had to fight to get my normal prescriptions with any other pharmacy before. They answer the phone without even a hello, obviously annoyed that they have to talk to you. I’ve had the “head pharmacist” tell me my Zoloft, that I have been on for 10 years, same dose, needed to be changed to SID before she would fill it. So I had to pay another 150$ to get a new RX written and sent somewhere else, to just end up being told to take the same dosage.
