I changed Publix pharmacy, from Bradenton every month they have it ready by a text message now this new Publix never text me always has a attitude about having my meds ready and when I go an 45 minutes drive they keep forgetting a medicine and it's 45 minutes away,I tell them how important it is to have all of them in my bag and refilled but they don't care next, I ask every month for a text like the other Publix but still after a yr they don't matter of fact they don't pay attention to my medication needs and I'm very very ... read more
I had a prescription pending and it disappeared on the Publix pharmacy app. I called and they claimed they never got the prescription or that the doctor “might have canceled it”. None of that is true and I will never use this pharmacy again.
Trying to get my prescription refilled for a week. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Worse customer service I have experienced at a Publix.
How does this make any sense? Filled script on line came in to pick up another plus this one and was was told that there were no refills left. They said they called my doctor's office and they didn't return the call. So they sat on it. I called the doctor's office with it being a Friday afternoon and stressing to them that I needed it called in immediately so I can have it over the weekend and not have to wait till Monday.
