Pharmacy experience from last Thursday. My nurse sent in a prescription at 6:23 PM. I arrived at the Publix pharmacy around 7:15-7:20. The pharmacist told me, "We just got it put in, about a 20-minute wait." Fair enough -- except instead of filling it, they took 25 minutes just to tell me one of my prescriptions was out of stock until Tuesday. Unfortunate, but likely not their fault.
