**Update** I called this morning (12/17/2024) to cancel my prescription due to now switching to Walgreens and filling it there. No apology, no explanation, NOTHING! I would still be waiting on a prescription that’s “in queue” if I didn’t take action and follow up myself. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I do NOT recommend this Pharmacy. Louis was very patient through the mix up the doctor’s office and our old pharmacy had. He was very helpful and clear about how long it could take to get things transferred.
I've been using this pharmacy for years. They've always had great service and been polite and courteous. The Publix Pharmacy app. works well on my Android phone and the prepayment option is great too.
They are the worst notify it’s ready for pick then they have nothing .Not just one time it happens a lot.They really do not care about service
My husband and I were/ are an hour and a half away from home and I started to have an asthma attack but did not have my inhaler. It took the pharmacist a total of 5 minutes to transfer my prescription and fill my inhaler. I can’t thank you enough! Currently in the car breathing and headed home!
