I was in today and have never had the helpful service that I received today. Catherine was so kind and helpful. She took the time to go over all of my prescriptions and answered all the questions I had. She’s the best in the pharmacy. Thank you, Catherine. I hope they give you a promotion.
I never leave reviews from pharmacy because I know how crazy it is to work there. But I have received absolutely no help from the pharmacist who works here when they implemented a random rule about not being able to take telehealth prescriptions. This is a store policy and not even a federal or state rule. Just a random store policy implemented that has made it impossible to fill my medication. I didn’t even get a courtesy one time fill! I’ve never in my life seen a less helpful healthcare practitioner.
The worst pharmacy never has the medicines ready, very poor communication with the patients.
