Price and service is very good!
They NEVER call or text that RX is ready and when you call to check they ask what you’re waiting for instead of just saying, yes we have 3 ready or whatever. Then they act like you’re stupid for not knowing it’s been ready for a few days. The whole store is just terrible at customer service now.
My son's prescription didn't make it over from a telehealth doctor, but the pharmacists did everything they could to help me track it down, making calls to other pharmacies and to the doctor. As a desperate mom with a violently ill toddler at home, this was an absolute blessing. In my mild (sleep deprived) panic, I didn't catch the names of the associates who helped me, but I'm so grateful for them!
Horrible. I don’t know if it’s overall incompetence or a management issue. Almost every time I pick up a prescription, there’s an issue. They don’t call to let you know there’s an issue, they don’t refill things when they say they will and they’re just generally terrible at the job. Not to mention, the employees are often rude. I’m taking my scripts somewhere else from now on. I’ve only come here for 3 months and I can’t take it anymore.
I have always used this pharmacy and something has definitely changed. The attitude and communication is horrible. I understand if people are overwhelmed with so many prescriptions and people to help, but being rude to customers isn’t the best approach.
