I have been a regular customer for sometime. I have always been treated well by ALL the staff. Amanda is always kind and courteous when greeting me at the counter or on the phone. If you stand back and observe them while they work the staff works well together and professional there never is any drama or rude behavior. If they are treated rudely by a customer ( which happens) they have never returned in kind. All of the women here are extremely rude, bitter, and have nasty stank faces towards everyone & should not be working with people!!! this sweet old lady came up asking for help finding something and was treated so mean, you could tell the girl was so annoyed to have to help her. You people need Jesus and to stop being so miserable!!!
Use a different pharmacy. Three days to fill prescription. Went on the second day to get prescription and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes or by 12 the next day. Upon arriving at 4 the next day we were told the prescription was not ready and it would be another 20 minutes. Unacceptable to take three days to fill a prescription for topical creams. Employees also have attitudes. Someone isn’t doing their job
I was there today just shopping with my husband at the Publix. I decided to ask the pharmacist there a question about taking a over the counter cough medication because I am nursing my 13 week old baby and I have a sore throat and ear ache. He was very helpful!!! He pointed me in the right direction and told me just regular Robitussin would be fine to take. (Many people don't know but many cough meds have ingredients that can dry up a mother's milk supply.) I am very thankful. It was such a easy thing for him to do and help ... read more
