Everyone is always very nice
Rude and cold customer service, transactional at best. Workers need a refresher on presenting themselves on basic customer service. Would not authorize an emergency 3 day supply of maintenance medication
This particular pharmacy is heads and shoulders above any other! The whole staff is caring and treat you like a person. The pharmacist are exceptional. I have had problems with my prescriptions running out before being refilled this month, and everyone was compassionate and rushed to get them filled as soon as my doctor sent the approval over. The whole Publix is better than any other in the area!
