After a horrible experience at the Publix at ocean breeze, it’s so nice to see the usual friendly Publix customer service here. They listen to you and really try to help. Thank you!!
They should hire people who have the minimum manners. If they don’t have customer service skills at least they should be educated enough to say “your welcome” and “have a good day” and look at the customer who is speaking to them, instead of looking away and laughing with the coworker while serving the customer, and having a bad attitude overall.
