Enid is absolutely useless we went there for meds and syringes which we’ve gotten a million times and of course it’s suddenly a problem. Told us she didn’t have syringes (all pharmacies do) and then suddenly when we questioned her on it and someone else came over they magically appeared. We were also trying to use an FSA card which has also never been a problem at Publix pharmacy and she was going to tell us we couldn’t use it which is when I asked for someone else help again. This store is amazing I go to it almost every day I have a friend that works their named Vince and he’s allways so nice as well as all the other staff and workers there it is so welcoming thank you guys for the

This Publix Pharmacy needs training in customer service; especially Sky. When I asked her what I was signing for she said “you can read it”. I thought I misunderstood what she said, after she rang me up I asked her “what did you say” and she repeated “you can read what you’re signing for” and rolled her eyes. When I read what I was signing for, it said something along the lines of the pharmacy rep has explained the medication to me… that did not happen. There was no explanation whatsoever. I was quoted 30 mins for 3 tabs of flagyl for my puppy. Shopped around and even sat in my vehicle for a total of 40 mins. When I returned I was quoted an additional 20 mins “because we’re really slammed”. I drove out of the parking lot and not even 5 mins down the road I receive a text that it’s ready. A little game I feel like I’m playing. Making a U-turn on federal now.
