I dropped in for a flu shot. The woman must’ve been in a bad mood. Was rude, never smiled and then made me sit down for twenty minutes without any explanation as to why I was waiting.
It is always something with the woman that works the counter at this pharmacy… She seems to discover new ways to delay customers checking out. Last time it was me, this time it was the poor woman in front of me. I tried this pharmacy (and gave it a second chance) because it was on my way home. I won’t be making that mistake any longer.
Waited 20 min for the pharmacist and got groceries. Came back a second time and was told it would be another 20-30 mon because the pharmacist is doing an interview. Really !!!!!! I went to Walgreens. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed.
The condescending and rude child in the pharmacy ignored me for a few minutes. Though I was less than 3 feet from him and nobody else was around. Then, he finally asked me what I needed without ever looking away from his computer. I asked for an oral syringe to measure medicine for my pet and was told I needed a prescription from my doctor. Considering I had used the words veterinarian and pet, I am pretty sure that he wasn't listening due to whatever had him so interested in his computer.
