I went to Publix Pharmacy this week. I had to get some meds for my wifes illness. I didn't know what to expect. I was told that I had to wait 45 minutes by a woman working there. As a note, she was unfriendly. Kind of cold. I always notice this kind of behavior right away. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fortunately, the in house doctor was there and was very friendly and helpful. Love this Publix, the pharmacy staff is so nice and always helpful. The store is clean and the employees are always cheerful and polite.
The pharmacy staff seem to frown & act like the customer is an inconvenience. However they are very good at getting the scripts filled timely. Just wish their attitudes weren’t so negative
