The kindest staff I’ve ever had at a Publix pharmacy. They have always answered my questions and assist over the phone too if needed.
The pharmacists at this location, Tracie and Alex, along with the staff are amazing. They provide excellent customer service. Tracie is very knowledgeable and shows that she genuinely cares for her customers. She is truly a rock star!
Matthew in the pharmacy was excellent. Very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He gave me my covid vaccine and I felt nothing. Extremely professional and friendly. He even put all my shot information on one card when the other pharmacy Tech working there said she couldn't do anything with it because it was from CVS. He is an excellent employee and it was nice to see someone who values customer service.
I lost a prescription and they were very nice to help me go through the process to replace it. Everyone I spoke with and interacted with had a true caring spirit.
My doctor prescribed one medication, I called and they don’t have records of me . I went 3 days later ,medications ready my records is there for a miracle. They never call me to let me know . The older white woman pharmacy technician is very rude , discriminated people . She need to be removed . I don’t recommend this Publix at all.
