The pharmacy has seemed to improve since the previous manager left. I hope he wasn't promoted, because he was smug and aloof, and that's putting it kindly. If he wasn't talking down to someone, it's because he wasn't there.
I'd say the pharmacy is the only consistently positive aspect of this location. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been disappointing. Staff members often appear uncomfortable or disengaged, including cashiers. Recently, I’ve also noticed expired produce, which raises concerns about quality and food safety. There seems to be a high turnover rate, with new employees nearly every week, which contributes to a lack of stability and consistency. Great pharmacy - only complaint is they don’t confirm the scripts with you. They filled an old one on my account, instead of a new one, leaving me 30 pills short for the month. Unfortunately, the medication type makes it difficult to fix until next month.
