The pharmacy staff at this location was condescending and unprofessional, and I was especially disappointed by the lack of discretion and privacy when discussing prescriptions at pickup. I have used Publix pharmacies for my prescriptions for nearly 10 years and have never had an experience like the one I had at this location. After feeling uncomfortable with how I was treated, I transferred my prescriptions to another nearby Publix and immediately had a completely different experience. Ever since I changed my Perscriptions to Publix, I have had only Great experiences. My Perscriptions are done in a timely efficient manner, cost effective with courteous staff. It has been a breath of fresh and wish I had changed over sooner.
Absolutely great service. This location is faster and busier then any I have been to and they still complete my needs in a timely manner!
