I want to take this time to show some appreciation for the pharmacist at this public pharmacy. I went in to fill a new prescription for lasic Which is a diuretic. I didn't think much of it. But the. Pharmacist said to me. If you haven't had your electrolytes checked don't take it. Well I didn't think much of it. I always assume my doctor does all the proper blood work. It turned out he didn't. And I almost wanted to anaphaletic shock. It's been a hard recovery back. But If I had listens to that pharmacist. I would have saved... read more
Pharmacy is definitely doesn't have the "Shopping is a Pleasure" attitude or service. Tech just picked up the phone said "please hold" and I have been holding now for over 15 minutes. Wonder when they will pick-up the phone. My bet is I will hang up before they take the call. I don't know if this service is specific to Cocoa Commons location, but it is always the same - lousy service and unfriendly people.
Wouldn’t fill my prescriptions, would not accept me as patient.
Publix is always exceptional with customer service and today it was no exception, Dr. Martin at the cocoa commons pharmacy waited 10 mins for me after the pharmacy closed, he knew my daughter needed the eardrops tonight and he was was willing to wait for us, I'll always be grateful for his kindness! Thank you so much Dr. Martin!
I just like everything about the pharmacy and the people that work there.
