I want to take this time to show some appreciation for the pharmacist at this public pharmacy. I went in to fill a new prescription for lasic Which is a diuretic. I didn't think much of it. But the. Pharmacist said to me. If you haven't had your electrolytes checked don't take it. Well I didn't think much of it. I always assume my doctor does all the proper blood work. It turned out he didn't. Pharmacy is definitely doesn't have the "Shopping is a Pleasure" attitude or service. Tech just picked up the phone said "please hold" and I have been holding now for over 15 minutes. Wonder when they will pick-up the phone. My bet is I will hang up before they take the call. I don't know if this service is specific to Cocoa Commons location, but it is always the same - lousy service and unfriendly people.
