This pharmacy has gotten worse over the last few months, and recently it has hit a new low. I understand that pharmacies all over are busier than ever these days, but the delays on prescription refills, the inability to answer calls, and inaccuracy of prescriptions has reached a critical point with this particular location. It’s a shame this location has gotten to this point, since it was once very responsive and efficient.

Answered immediately said plz hold & without waiting for a reply left me on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up on them. Such pathetic customer service. I'll be taking my prescriptions down the street, this place does not deserve your money when they unwilling or unable to act respectfully.

Pharmacies everywhere are filling more prescriptions than ever before and pharmacy staffs are often hard pressed to get everyone’s prescription filled quickly and accurately. But this particular pharmacy there is no excuse for. They do not answer the phone or check for electronic or voicemail scripts called in from providers. I’ve had to call the store to see if they are even open just to be told they are but they don’t answer the phone.
