This is quite literally one of the most inefficient pharmacies I have ever been to. No matter how early a prescription is called in, it is not ready by the time I get there. There are THREE (3) people working this location and yet it is ALWAYS only 1 person working the register. The guy who seems to be the pharmacist on staff is never willing to help with the long line of customers and urgency is definitely not one of his priorities. I am so grateful to Nora and Samantha who helped me and even though I don't speak English, they did everything possible to help me... Thank you, thank you, people like them are the ones who every day with their excellent service make you want to come back.
Totally unaligned with how Publix functions and treats customers. Very disappointing.
