Getting them to answer the phone for the pharmacy is infuriating. My refill was due on the 19th and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. It rings twice and gets sent to voicemail. You can’t even leave a voicemail because it automatically hangs up.
I am a physician. Pharmacy kept hanging up on me while I was trying to call in a prescription for a patient. I had to have the patient return to the ER to get a dose of medicine. I am contacting corporate but wanted to make it public. Shameful.
Not the best place to get meds I'll be changing after today
Been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. I absolutely love the staff and the reminders they send out about medication refills and when they are ready for pick up.
Excellent service and good people. I have never had a problem with this pharmacy and I have been going there since the store opened 15 years ago.
