Such a great pharmacy. After calling everywhere for medication that was out of stock, they were very quick to answer the phone and explain to me the process of what I would need to do. They were very efficient and clear on what I needed to do to get my script filled. I don't remember the name of the associate that helped me on the phone but if you're reading this thank you so much!!
Top notch pharmacists. I had a prescription that a specialist had sent to the wrong Publix pharmacy down the road. They were quick to help me get this taken care of. I left with the prescription drug I needed and they were courteous for calling the other Publix pharmacy for me. That is customer service satisfaction!

I came in yesterday on October 7th to look for surgical dressing... I never came to publix/the pharmacy for anything medical.. I always go to CVS. So I went towards the pharmacy looking and didn't see it, so as I was walking away a gentleman walked towards the counter so I took that as an opportunity to ask him where they are. Today I went to pick up my order via Instacart and had a 2nd issue using Instacart . But today Publix and the 2 amazing guys they employ Collin and Ethan made sure to fix the issue personally and with great haste ! . Thanks for making it a good experience guys and thanks Publix ! . Ps they even gave me a sample bag on my way out the door Collin and Ethan are a great team for sure .
