I called in a prescription on Friday. The pharmacy said to pick up on Saturday after 3pm. I get there after 3 to pick it up and the tech tells me the prescription will not be available until the 20th 2 days later. I've wasted time driving to the store, standing in line, waiting and still do not have a needed medication. I was told I could wait another 45 minutes and they could get that filled for me.
Staff at the drive through window today were extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. I appreciate great customer service, and happy I changed all my pharmacy needs to Publix! Thank you for your great service! I recommend Publix….10/10
Do NOT FILL HERE! Was told they will not fill a controlled substance from a doctor with an out-of-town address. This is the country not metro Atlanta. Adairsville is considered out of town to them. And there’s literally only two pharmacies roughly in Adairsville and if they don’t have it in stock, I’m out of luck? My address is in Rome, anyhow. I have a legitimate prescription and a legitimate diagnosis. Call the doctor if you think something crazy is happening for God sake. The pharmacist staff shouldn’t supplant the power ... read more
I have no comments on the pharmacy as I use a home delivery service. But as for the rest of store, it’s spot on. The store is very clean and organized. The fresh food is very fresh.
