Just help them to serve you in a timely manner.....i.e. don't wait till the last minute to put in your refill request if you know it needs to be done. Team effort :)
I have been to the pharmacy on several occasions, and so far every interaction except for a couple I have been greeted with rudeness and condescension like they are doing you a favor to fill your prescription, and god forbid you need something a day early because you are going out of town even when insurance will pay for it.
Katie did a outstanding job! She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty.
Publix in Douglasville was wonderful, so we transferred our scrips to the Rome one when we moved. But prescriptions are never refilled routinely, and they only get started on filling them after a call. Yesterday I was assured that they were ordering an urgent medication for my sick wife and that it would be in this morning. A morning call assured me it’s in the queue.
