Tried to call ahead of time to make sure my prescription was ready, lady kept trying to transfer me and no one would answer. I spent more time calling then I would have driving straight there. So I go over to the pharmacy, ironically the assistant manager is the only one here and of course now I gotta walk around for 10 mins because my prescriptions aren't ready. Just answer the phone and make both your life and the customers life easier..

Don’t bother making a vaccine appointment because they won’t call you if they run out- so it’s a waste of time- they don’t even call around to see where they can send you- just a TS to them- Daphene and Stephanie- thanks for nothing

I cannot say enough about this most precious man at Publix Pharmacy at Champions Gate, Florida 33896!!! I've had nothing but the VERY BEST SERVICE with David (Dave)... MY MOST FAVORITE PHARMACIST EVER!!!! I think he had an associate today, maybe his name was Zach... but totally not certain. They've been consumed with COVID testing/whatever goes along with that, but also doing their best to fulfill prescriptions, answering phone calls, answering questions, completing transfers from out of town, completing orders, calling doct... read more
