Shout out to Pharmacy Manager Rubens Vilce. Had taken a snowbird neighbor to the ER only to discover they called in four prescriptions to a pharmacy that was closing before we could get there. Publix is open till 6pm on Sunday, but insurance showed the prescription had been filled by the other pharmacy. Rubens went the extra mile, made numerous calls, and provided a solution for her so she could get her medication right away. Every staff member in pharmacy is helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience every time I go.
Tried to call ahead of time to make sure my prescription was ready, lady kept trying to transfer me and no one would answer. I spent more time calling then I would have driving straight there. So I go over to the pharmacy, ironically the assistant manager is the only one here and of course now I gotta walk around for 10 mins because my prescriptions aren't ready. Just answer the phone and make both your life and the customers life easier..
Don’t bother making a vaccine appointment because they won’t call you if they run out- so it’s a waste of time- they don’t even call around to see where they can send you- just a TS to them- Daphene and Stephanie- thanks for nothing
