Drove 15 minutes to get to pharmacy to pick up meds and arrived at counter at 1:28pm knowing they closed for lunch at 1:30pm. Lady at counter said they were closed at 1:30pm and she couldn't help me. I showed her my phone that said 1:29pm and she just said no. Needed to get to lunch early instead of helping customer. Just bad customer service with a bad attitude.

Shout out to Pharmacy Manager Rubens Vilce. Had taken a snowbird neighbor to the ER only to discover they called in four prescriptions to a pharmacy that was closing before we could get there. Publix is open till 6pm on Sunday, but insurance showed the prescription had been filled by the other pharmacy. Rubens went the extra mile, made numerous calls, and provided a solution for her so she could get her medication right away.
