The customer service is terrible. I placed a refill on Rx on Friday I received a text message stating the Rx was ready I proceeded to pick it up on Sunday and the young lady stated there was nothing in the system that I had ordered. I left and called back up there to talk to a manager and the manager is very rude.Whats the point in receiving a text message stating the Rx is ready when it’s not ready.
Pharmacy is not family/friendly . They don’t order medication that the doctor prescribed if that’s not what they don’t have . They don’t care to communicate to you about your medication. Medicine goes month and months without it.
The Middle Eastern pharmacy technician is very rude and unhelpful. I understand there may be language barriers that can lead to confusion when someone is asking for clarification on an issue. However, Publix should be aware of this and have someone else be able to properly answer questions. This can be frustrating to deal with if someone is already sick or have inquiries about medicine for a loved one and then have to deal with someone with a bad attitude who still cannot resolve the issue.
What is their actual problem at this location??? Why are they so miserable 😖 👎🏾 Zero customer service!
I like this location because they were so helpful to me. One of the employees came out and brought me an electric cart so I can use it. Plus the pharmacy apologized to me about a mistake they made with my medication and fixed it with no problem.
