Customer service and wait times are atrocious. When insulin supposedly went down last year, the price quoted to me was still in the hundreds. Now they don't even text me when a prescription is ready. I'm looking for a new pharmacy, because I need one YESTERDAY!!!!😣
William is an excellent Pharmacist he handled my request for a transfer from CVS Wesley Chapel location EXPEDITIOUSLY . I was able to get my prescription filled with the correct amount of medication for the very first time in over a year. Thanks again William I really appreciate you.
The customer service is terrible. I placed a refill on Rx on Friday I received a text message stating the Rx was ready I proceeded to pick it up on Sunday and the young lady stated there was nothing in the system that I had ordered. I left and called back up there to talk to a manager and the manager is very rude.Whats the point in receiving a text message stating the Rx is ready when it’s not ready.
Pharmacy is not family/friendly . They don’t order medication that the doctor prescribed if that’s not what they don’t have . They don’t care to communicate to you about your medication. Medicine goes month and months without it.
The Middle Eastern pharmacy technician is very rude and unhelpful. I understand there may be language barriers that can lead to confusion when someone is asking for clarification on an issue. However, Publix should be aware of this and have someone else be able to properly answer questions. This can be frustrating to deal with if someone is already sick or have inquiries about medicine for a loved one and then have to deal with someone with a bad attitude who still cannot resolve the issue.
