Pharmacist was very helpful and went out of their way to fulfill prescription that was low in stock.
Worse pharmacy ever.
When I called to check on a prescription, the tech on the phone was impatient and rude when she was having a hard time looking it up. Then she got impatient when she couldn't find my last name in the system because it had been misspelled by the person who originally entered it. Finally, when she gave me the prescription number so that I could pre-pay through the app, she gave me an incomplete number.
I’ve quite frankly never been on hold longer… I’m not sure if you’re short staffed but to pick up the phone and immediately put it on hold without saying anything is not acceptable. Then to leave someone for 25 minutes and do it again when they call back… it’s laughable service.
Horrible run pharmacy. They do not answer phone calls even when trying the main number. Highly DO NOT recommend. It’s not the pharmacy staff….they just need more help.
