I refilled my prescription online on Friday and went to pick it up Saturday afternoon, but it still wasn’t ready. This happens often , they always take too long to have prescriptions ready. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
This pharmacy is the best! They’re kind, fast, and truly top-tier. I have MCAS and a long list of allergies, and their pharmacist has caught serious prescription mistakes that even my doctors missed. They treat me and everyone else with dignity, care, and respect. The techs are incredible, too. Honestly, every single person here is next-level. If you want a pharmacy that genuinely looks out for you, this is it.
3 years b4 I appreciated a young boy to store manager. The boy took extra legal efforts to reduce the payment of medicines. Also last month it was ok by transferring the medicine from another pharmacy. Today(23 may 24), it's a bad experience. I got so cold response with lack of improvement against the voice of call attending male person at 5:48p. He replied this is his full voice. I asked him to transfer a medicine from Kroger 432, (2345, Bethelview Road branch). He didn't listen carefully nor adopted the SOP. At 7:03p I cal... read more

Very disappointing! Had the medicine but since I was a new customer, they would not fill it. It was saved for other customers. Not good service and now my son will NOT have the medicine that he needs.
