The Pharmacy manager at this Publix is extremely arrogant , incompetent and unprofessional. The manager at this pharmacy doesn't care about filling a prescription when she unilaterally decides that the price is too high , also she doesn't care about contacting patients to inform them about it. Never expected to receive such a poor level of customer service at a Publix store.
I've been getting precriptions at "our" Publix for years. Olesea and her colleagues have always gone above and beyond to find discounts or the very best pricing available. I was there today and she quickly found out how much was left on my deductible etc. I always enjoy the excellent service and friendly attitude she and her colleagues provide.Thank you so very much!
Warning!!! DO NOT USE THIS PUBLIX PHARMACY, I am a type 1 diabetic and need my OmniPod refill to be available each month - but they are ALWAYS out of stock - I called to have the manager get them stocked so this wouldn't keep happening - haha you can't make this up - her response with an attitude was "no we won't keep them in stock because they are too expensive" !!!!! I immediately had all the scripts transferred to a Publix right down the street from them - blessing in disguise I'm sure of it

If you want to be treated rudly, spoken down to, lectured, or not get your script same day/before 3 pm, this is your pharmacy. I have had to contact corporate twice and will be moving the patients scripts (I am a caregiver) to a more caring pharmacy. I am 54 and have never been so disappointed in a pharmacy or Publix, ever! Trust me, take your prescriptions to another Publix or another pharmacy chain. This location does not care about its patients!
