I've been getting precriptions at "our" Publix for years. Olesea and her colleagues have always gone above and beyond to find discounts or the very best pricing available. I was there today and she quickly found out how much was left on my deductible etc. I always enjoy the excellent service and friendly attitude she and her colleagues provide.Thank you so very much!
Warning!!! DO NOT USE THIS PUBLIX PHARMACY, I am a type 1 diabetic and need my OmniPod refill to be available each month - but they are ALWAYS out of stock - I called to have the manager get them stocked so this wouldn't keep happening - haha you can't make this up - her response with an attitude was "no we won't keep them in stock because they are too expensive" !!!!! I immediately had all the scripts transferred to a Publix right down the street from them - blessing in disguise I'm sure of it
Always personable and efficient. Definitely recommend.
If you want to be treated rudly, spoken down to, lectured, or not get your script same day/before 3 pm, this is your pharmacy. I have had to contact corporate twice and will be moving the patients scripts (I am a caregiver) to a more caring pharmacy. I am 54 and have never been so disappointed in a pharmacy or Publix, ever! Trust me, take your prescriptions to another Publix or another pharmacy chain. This location does not care about its patients!
