The Publix Pharmacy at Carillon is absolutely unreliable. They don't notify you when a medication isn't available and half the time you send a script, you get a message saying the RX is ready to be picked up but when you get there, it's still not ready and you either have to wait 15-20 min or go back another day. The location is convenient and the staff is pleasant enough but absolutely 100% unreliable.
The pharmacy manager, Allie, is an absolute dream. I had a whole situation and transferring of a script and I needed it quickly and she did everything in her power to help me. Amazing, thoughtful, genuine service. I’m so grateful I went into that pharmacy!! If you’re able to use them, switch all your prescription over!!
