I would like to start by saying that Nahailia is absolutely amazing. She remains calm, even as busy as this pharmacy gets, and works with everyone in order to meet their needs in an unrushed fashion. She is compassionate and always has a smile on her face. Now, for the 3 star on the pharmacy as a whole: Went in to pickup an Rx that had been sent over by my doctor. I love Publix. I have to shop for the sales there with my advantage United over-the-counter per month buy more than I thought it did so I look for sale items, hot and cold food. It is not Food Stamps. I was very surprised. It helped me understand something. Had a new doctor send a prescription I've previously had filled here. Pharmacy said they did not have the supply for a new patient. I explained I've gotten these prescriptions here in the past already and gave them the prescription number. They argued with me and said that prescription they were not able to fill in the past. How was it unable to be filled if I have the bottles for them at home??? Then they just flat out told me no. Rude.
