I wanted to transfer my prescriptions from CVS to Publix because I thought it would be convenient considering I grocery shop at Publix. Publix has always been top notch in customer service until now... I tried to transfer one prescription, I went through hell with back and forth phone calls to them and CVS for over a week. Staff where very rude and accusatory to my 65 year old mother
If I could leave a 0 star I would. What happened to this pharmacy. They used to be the best in this town. They always communicated and were pleasant to deal with. Now it seems they don’t care to do their job at all and 0 communication at all. You put a refill in. They don’t want to fill it, they just cancel it and say nothing. Horrible go some place else if you want better service and communication. You should be ashamed Publix for allowing this.
This pharmacy is awful. The male pharmacist told me it’s no problem to crush the pills I was picking up. My Mayo Clinic doctor and pharmacy told me absolutely do not crush! This has happened a couple of times! He doesn’t know his facts! I’ve been to many Publix pharmacies over the years that have been outstanding! This one is a disgrace!
I was traveling and realized I was missing a days worth of my multi prescriptions. I explained my emergency and the Pharmacist said, "no problem we will give you your medication. " Thank you Camden Woods Publix Pharmacy !
