The pharmacist is amazing. She has been going above and beyond for the last few months while these prescription shortages are making life more expensive and time consuming. The only negative is my insurance doesn’t work here but they have helped me so much that it’s still an easy 5 star.
Pharmacy didn’t have my seizure medication “in stock” and “had to wait for the truck” to arrive the next day. Thank God I had just two more pills left to last one more day. I didn’t know pharmacies ran out of medications? My Dr. took my prescription to Walgreens instead, I can’t take a risk with my health with this pharmacy. They’re talking about unloading prescriptions like it’s produce.
wanted to give flu shot. the lady took all my information in a form and i stood there for half an hour like a fool and she keeps giving shots to other people who even came after me. i finally asked her and she says we are still processing. i had to leave after half an hour wait and no shot. disgusting, never again returning to the store.
