I have a prescription I get once a month. I get a text saying it’s ready to be processed. EVERY time I go in to pick it up after the prescribed time they tell me it’s going to be 15 more minutes. They really need to adjust how they do things. It is so frustrating.
The doctor called in pain meds because my brother had dental surgery. They had the prescription the afternoon before I went the next morning with a 1 hour wait. He suffered all night. Publix pharmacy your management needs to address the problem with your pharmacy. I looked at their salary which is above average with no regard to customer service. There is a huge problem at Calera, Alabama pharmacy that needs to be addressed.
