Terrible pharmacy and I do not say this lightly. I've been using them for several years and every time I need a refill it is like pulling teeth. Today was my final straw after they failed to fill one of my most important medications after sending in several requests over the past 4 days which is now causing me to miss a dose. Worst pharmacy EVER!
The longest prescription fill time of any pharmacy I’ve ever seen I recommend having your prescription sent to any other pharmacy. They told me that they wouldn’t be able to fill my prescription until after 5 PM and I was able to get it transferred and filled within an hour at another pharmacy.
Always takes forever to fill prescriptions. Usually told they forgot or still not completed filling my prescriptions ,almost every visit . Had enough swapping pharmacies.
No matter when they say your prescriptions will be ready, it will ALWAYS BE LATER!!!! Don’t believe them! My prescription was ready yesterday, but couldn’t run it on insurance. So I waited until today, but when I went to pick it up, it suddenly wasn’t ready. Was told it would take 45 minutes. Waited an hour and a half. It will still be awhile. I live almost 20 miles from pharmacy, so it’s not that easy just to check back.
