No matter when they say your prescriptions will be ready, it will ALWAYS BE LATER!!!! Don’t believe them! My prescription was ready yesterday, but couldn’t run it on insurance. So I waited until today, but when I went to pick it up, it suddenly wasn’t ready. Was told it would take 45 minutes. Waited an hour and a half. It will still be awhile. I live almost 20 miles from pharmacy, so it’s not that easy just to check back.
They are the worst!!!!!!!
This Publix provides great service, stays well stocked and organized. Lines move quickly when I am there…
Used to be pretty good a few years back, but since then, has been exceptionally slow and calling in for anything takes forever to get someone on the line. I will say thankfully, that once you get to the window or get someone on the line, the process is usually relatively quick. I'd blame staffing issues, but it doesn't seem like that's an issue that Publix is planning to fix any time soon.
Good prices, but they have a long wait time both in person and over the phone. Expect to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. It is difficult to get full refills because they are always out of medications. Make sure you call before you go to pick anything up to make sure they are working on it, but still expect to wait in line.
