UPDATED TO ADD: It's not just the non-response, but the rudeness from the staff. These folks are consistently doling out life-sustaining medications to folks, and yeah, sometimes mistakes happen that aren't their fault, but patients have the right to be upset when they know they've done all the right things to get their medication, but it turns out they must still do more.
