probably the slowest pharmacy I have ever seen. My prescription was recieved by the pharmacy at 1:30. Went to pick up at 6:20, told it was gonna be a 20 minutes. Was back to pick up at 6:45, told it still wasn’t ready they would check with pharmacist should be another 10 minutes. Came back at 7:00pm and was told they just got the prescription to the pharmacist and it would be another 15-20 minutes before it would be finished.
Really nice people!
One of the worst in the Publix pharmacy chain. They do not value the privacy of their customers. The person who checked me out loudly announced my charges. I do not appreciate her or this pharmacy's terrible attitudes with their customers. I won't use them ever again.
So many issues with getting prescriptions here!! First, why can't they get automatic refills done?? A couple of ours they refilled automatically, others they never would. We asked them multiple times to put them all on auto refill, they told us they did, it never was. Others I specifically asked NOT to refill and they still did it. My spouse has also asked them to sync them so they refill at the same time, but they never did it even when they said it's been done. I used to go here when I was younger and got to know some of the folks who worked here. They were so helpful and kind. I’ve quit going now though. Always so rude. Hate if I ask any questions about my prescriptions. They always cut me off when I am talking to them. I’ve quit using them and go to CVS. At least they aren’t so Rude at CVS. Very disappointed with the pharmacy at Publix because all the other departments are wonderful there.
