No counter help? Filling prescriptions does no good when you keep losing customers that have to stand in line for 20 minutes to pick up the prescriptions!! Bad need of organization in the pharmacy!!.
Getting so fed up with this Publix pharmacy!!! Every dime my doctor sends something in it takes 2 to 3 days to get anything filled. And then I have to call them and ask what’s going on and why they haven’t filled it. Their response is either the doctor didn’t put an importance on it or we have been busy. I went to the doctor Thursday and they sent it scripts in at 1 pm and as of Saturday morning they still have yet to fill it.
