I got here at 11:00am when they open because I’m a third shift worker and needed to get to bed ASAP…mind you my doc sent the script in 2 days before today. I was told 45mins but probably sooner, and that I would get a call or text when the prescription was ready for pick up. Absolutely terrible. If you get a new prescription sent in but it’s a dose change they automatically won’t run it and fill it because it’s too early. Nothing is too early when there is a dose change EVER. This has happened 3 times now. Then I was told they were out and would have it on Monday. So I called on Monday and told that it’s now refillable but they don’t have any in stock. They need to get their crap together so I took my entire profile and went somewhere else.
No issues with how they handle medications. The issue is the back office support. Any time you need anything sent to the insurance they send it to the corporate office. I’m not sure if the people working at the location are purposefully ignorant or if the communication with corporate is really that horrible, but no one ever has answers.
