They’ve been dropping the ball the past few weeks. Terrible communication, prescriptions not filled, etc. Working on filing a big complaint with the powers that be. You should as well. My suggestion: Avoid for now. EDIT: they lie about everything. Example: I called and asked if my meds were in stock, I was told that no, they did not have it, and there was no ETA. Keaton at the Publix Pharmacy was absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way to show that level of kindness and customer service. Normally I’ve had very good experiences with this Publix Pharmacy at Bellevue Center. Today, however, I did not. I was on my way to pick up a prescription & had already paid online, but realized I wasn’t going to get there until exactly 6:00 PM when they closed. I called the pharmacy at 5:57 or 5:58 PM & told them I was almost there, would be there in 2 minutes (at precisely 6:00 PM), & asked if they could please still let me pick up my medicine.
