I usually use another Publix pharmacy that is incredibly helpful and I did not find this store to be helpful at all. They first called to say my prescription was expired but “ looked” in the computer and somehow found it was current. They promised a medication on a Friday went Saturday afternoon and still wasn’t filled. The pharmacist Marissa was rude.
Don’t depend on the pharmacy to open on time. Must be a one person operation.
Moved my refills here from a different pharmacy and they are always ready and accommodating. I love this pharmacy!
Publix has pushed so many pharmacists to their limits. They can never keep one for more than a year. It would be nice to have a familiar trusting face there for a while. It's not fair to them and it's not fair to the customers. And while they are working so feverishly they don't have time to look up and greet you. How about you give them a break from those long 14 hour days. Do the right thing Publix. Your public wants this.
Publix has a "rule" that they won't sell a nebulizer tube without a prescription, even though you can buy the whole machine without a prescription. They require you to have a prescription for some over the counter products. That is beyond ridiculous.
