I think you can only get a job at this pharmacy if you promise not to smile and try your hardest to ruin everyone's day. You can try being nice to these folks only to have them repay you with rudeness. Such a shame. It doesn't need to be like that. You don't even feel comfortable asking to speak with the pharmacist if you have a genuine need.
I read the other reviews of this pharmacy and see that most of the positive reviews were 2-3 years ago. The nice techs must have left, because I had terrible customer service from the 2 women techs who checked me out, on 2 separate occasions. Each was rude, mean, and I think they must take nasty pills before they come to work. I watched them treat customers in the line ahead of me the same way. If I could give a negative star, each of them would get a minus 2. If I didn't need my prescriptions, I would have walked right out.
They work very hard to get the job done!
