I stopped using one publix hoping Baytree would be better. But some of your cashiers are rude and it's frustrating. Hire people with manners.
This is the BEST pharmacy! Every employee there goes above and beyond the help to the best of their ability! I miss David York that just recently retired, but the new head pharmacist Brandon Is doing an excellent job filling his shoes. Brandon, Michael, Britt, Gavin, Erin and all others will help you in anyway they can! Please wish I could remember all of their names so I could list them! I normally don’t post reviews but today was it for me. I called YESTERDAY 1/4/25 before 4pm to refill my prescription so I could pick it up the next day. I was told it would be ready by 3pm 1/5/25. GREAT! Works for me as I am usually not available until after 5pm! Get there 6:45 and was told it’s not ready and wouldn’t be for at least 30 more minutes. I have yet to have prescriptions sent in and find that they are ready when I arrive. This time they've had the prescription for a minimum of 3 hours and I'm told it'll be another 2 hours. I'll be finding another pharmacy.
