I normally don’t post reviews but today was it for me. I called YESTERDAY 1/4/25 before 4pm to refill my prescription so I could pick it up the next day. I was told it would be ready by 3pm 1/5/25. GREAT! Works for me as I am usually not available until after 5pm! Get there 6:45 and was told it’s not ready and wouldn’t be for at least 30 more minutes. I have yet to have prescriptions sent in and find that they are ready when I arrive. This time they've had the prescription for a minimum of 3 hours and I'm told it'll be another 2 hours. I'll be finding another pharmacy.
They never answer the phone anymore
Often have to wait over a day for my meds to be ready. One time, I asked how long it would be if I stayed and waited for one medication. He said 2 hours. I’m through with this place.
