The worst attitudes I’ve ever seen from the pharmacy techs here. I’m from Palm beach county and any pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with is so nice and willing to help. Anytime, I called and have a question about a prior authorization with my doctor’s office. I get an attitude. I’ve been in the medical field over 15 years and never seen this level of unprofessionalism before. Great location with super friendly staff! Glad they are so close and convenient!
The amount of time it takes to get perscriptions filled at this pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous! Also, continue to get text messages saying my meds are ready. I drive there, and....."oh, we can get that ready in about 45 mins"... I've been happy at all other publix pharmacies....but this one.....managed very poorly! Not very friendly either.
