The amount of time it takes to get perscriptions filled at this pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous! Also, continue to get text messages saying my meds are ready. I drive there, and....."oh, we can get that ready in about 45 mins"... I've been happy at all other publix pharmacies....but this one.....managed very poorly! Not very friendly either.
Very unprofessional when I called requesting a refill, at the end of the call I said thank you she replied back with “”aha””
There's ALWAYS an issue at this pharmacy. It doesn't help that it's a revolving door of employees coming and going so you NEVER speak with the same person. They desperately need new management. Even rules get changed out of nowhere for long time customers. It's extremely annoying.
The staff at the Pharmacy are wonderful. I get a text when my rx’s are ready. I do not know if Publix puts a limit on how much they can order. They should be allowed to Keep more medication in stock. They should also be allowed to take a 1 hour lunch break like most jobs. The last thing you want is a tired Pharmacy staff making an error on your prescription. If ppl come in to pick Something up, they can kill An hour by doing their groceries. Everyone has always been polite.
