Staff is always friendly. They lookout for their patients. They will call if they think that a medication is expensive (if u are paying out of pocket or co-pay). I feel like they care about you as a person not just a bottom line.

Excellent staff all around. The pharmacists are incredible, answering any and all questions on any prescription I’m not familiar with.

Its a beautiful new store. Unfortunately, they don't have the hot bar with various flavors of chicken wings like the locations around lakewood ranch.

I’ve never been treated so poorly from a pharmacist before. I asked him if he could please get my prescription done before they close. Last night I almost had to go to back to the ER for a panic attack. He’s words that it’s probably going to be tomorrow afternoon. If he has to answer the phone then there’s no way of getting it tonight. What a very poor answer and it’s obvious he doesn’t care what happens

Every single time I've had a prescription sent there they either don't have it; don't have it ready; or they claim they never received it. I have not had one good experience at this pharmacy. Makes me feel that they are incompetent and careless and more apt to make a mistake with mine or my husband's medications.
