March 12th is the best pharmacy tech I’ve ever seen in my 108 years on this planet. She’s kind, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable…made me realize I failed as a father because my kids didn’t come out this good…I’m kidding, my kids are OK lol. The staff here is super friendly, fast, kind and informative. My only complaint is that every one here is beautiful with full heads of hair. It’s like a Beverly Hills pharmacy that takes normal people’s prescriptions…I’m normal people…
Consistent good service every visit - acknowledged quickly with eye contact and professional conduct. It's not all training I believe Publix just hires better, more caring people than some of the competitors.
Staff is always friendly. They lookout for their patients. They will call if they think that a medication is expensive (if u are paying out of pocket or co-pay). I feel like they care about you as a person not just a bottom line.
Excellent staff all around. The pharmacists are incredible, answering any and all questions on any prescription I’m not familiar with.
Its a beautiful new store. Unfortunately, they don't have the hot bar with various flavors of chicken wings like the locations around lakewood ranch.
