I have used this pharmacy for 2 years now and I still am experiencing the same problems. The pharmacy does not follow my instructions about filling a 30 day supply versus 90 day supply. Plus for the last 8 months, I still am not receiving text messages or notifications about status on RX or whether they are in stock. It doesn't matter how many times the pharmacy resets the text message, I still don't get the notifications. I called tonight in regards to my son's medication he uses daily needing a refill. At first I was told it was on backorder, which happens. The young man that.I was on the phone with called me back within 2 minutes of being off the phone to let me know that another pharmacy has it and he could transfer my prescription if I would be willing to make the drive. I really appreciate the customer service and going above and beyond to take care of your customers! This is the reason I only get medications filled at this Publix!

I love this pharmacy. I have absolutely NO issues here at all EXCEPT for the fact that I am a "pre-pay" customer and I can't understand for the life of me why I'm always a bad guy to others just bc I have pre-paid and get to go ahead of others (WHEN you guys actually go by that system and do it) because more than half the time I see nervous employees not knowing who to take next from either line when it's obvious which one it should be because that is the POINT on pre-paying is to get in and get out.
