My favorite Publix, the staff here is kind and helpful. Customer service is a lost art in so many places! Not here though Store Manager Jemetric Walker is doing an excellent job!!
This Publix is almost always awesome and well run by Demetr9c the manager. HOWEVER, lately there has been a woman named DONNA that is at the customer service counter. She is VERY RUDE and unhelpful. She is clearly in the wrong role for her skills or lack thereof.
I have used this pharmacy for 2 years now and I still am experiencing the same problems. The pharmacy does not follow my instructions about filling a 30 day supply versus 90 day supply. Plus for the last 8 months, I still am not receiving text messages or notifications about status on RX or whether they are in stock. It doesn't matter how many times the pharmacy resets the text message, I still don't get the notifications. I called tonight in regards to my son's medication he uses daily needing a refill. At first I was told it was on backorder, which happens. The young man that.I was on the phone with called me back within 2 minutes of being off the phone to let me know that another pharmacy has it and he could transfer my prescription if I would be willing to make the drive. I really appreciate the customer service and going above and beyond to take care of your customers! This is the reason I only get medications filled at this Publix!
