No longer receive text with prescriptions that are ready. Filed back before I know they are there. I deal with that. However when a prescription is sent in to you at 5:40, and I’m on the phone with someone who says it’s not there. The vet that sent it said she sent it, so my husband went in, and they still don’t have any record of it. I’m not sure where it went. When I called the next morning, it was ready. My favorite Publix, the staff here is kind and helpful. Customer service is a lost art in so many places! Not here though Store Manager Jemetric Walker is doing an excellent job!!
This Publix is almost always awesome and well run by Demetr9c the manager. HOWEVER, lately there has been a woman named DONNA that is at the customer service counter. She is VERY RUDE and unhelpful. She is clearly in the wrong role for her skills or lack thereof.
I have used this pharmacy for 2 years now and I still am experiencing the same problems. The pharmacy does not follow my instructions about filling a 30 day supply versus 90 day supply. Plus for the last 8 months, I still am not receiving text messages or notifications about status on RX or whether they are in stock. It doesn't matter how many times the pharmacy resets the text message, I still don't get the notifications.
