If i could leave less stars i would. I started feeling ill after eating at a nearby restaurant in the same shopping plaza. I rushed into the Publix to ask the pharmacist what she recommended to stop, prevent or treat the nausea. This woman looked so annoyed , rolled her eyes and said oh if the nausea has already started there isnt much you can do about it I looked practically green and looked ill and she was so bothered that i was asking for her to do her job. I visited this store on 2/28 and was highly disappointed with the behavior displayed by a member of the management team: Madeleine. She was rude, passive aggressive and lacks customer service. I waited in line for almost 10 min waiting for her to provide an over-ride to a cashier who approached her 3 times to assist. She was too busy even after a Sr. Manager approached her to pause from a customer whose issue required further research to provide an override to assist me and to get the clerk’s line down. Always helpful. Some of the most important people in our community. Hate to hear that they are the only location that does not allow these Pillars of our society a lunch break... it fascinates that any self-respecting mind would rob good people of the decency of feeding themselves. Shame to all that would do thus..
