The pharmacy has a lot of miscommunication. The pressure was put on them and Anna helped me to figure it out, which I do appreciate. I will mention that they do you have issues with taking on controlled substance clients so I will not be able to use this pharmacy even if I wanted to, which is disappointing.
Excellent customer service at this location, very professional and friendly staff. Recently my doctor called in two Rx after a procedure, and after a couple hours I called pharmacy to check status before leaving downtown, hoping to avoid another trip back out to get them after going home: Aiden answered the phone and enabled me to stop and get them before going home, not having to go back out on a day of pain.
Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! They are incredibly helpful and kind. Remarkable service.
