This place is terrible never coming back. Some drivers reported being here for over 24 hours waiting to unload. I saw several drivers just leave without their paperwork because they were here so long. Don’t get a load going here you will regret it. Also the employee slammed my pallet jack against the back of my truck very hard. I got out and yelled at him and told him it was very disrespectful and you should never treat someone else’s things that way. DO NOT DELIVER EARLY!!! My appointment was at 4pm the next day, I got there a day early trying to stay ahead of my schedule so I could keep rolling, they literally made me wait for 15 hours just to take a few pallets off my trailer, and then the unload time also took an additional 3 hours so in total I spent 18 hours @Publix!!! If were you I would deny the load
As quite a few other reviews stated, place is extremely slow.(dry goods) Arrived at 0745 for an 8am, and though got checked in and unload began at 0810, I didn't get the lumper text until 1040am. A lot of unload movement in trailer, then long pauses until next one. Awaiting call for paperwork..Hopefully doesnt take much longer(11am). Heads up to those debating to deliver here...
