I have 1 star because their rate was pretty low. I applied for a refinance mortgage loan and I was told I qualified with out any issue. My credit score was above 700. They put me thru the ringer regarding getting papers. Then when it was time for the appraisal it came back very low. I started to think that my house was not valued as I hoped but the more I dig into the report I realize that the credit union purposely used an appraiser ( that's not local - suspicious) that will low ball my house value so they can try to sell m... read more
