Great store with great staff..!..Easy shopping.Thanks Publix.
Why bother having express lanes if you are not going to enforce them? It is becoming a regular occurrence to be stuck behind someone with at least double the amount. I don't mind someone being a few items over, but come on, when someone enters the express lane with a loaded shopping cart, it is clear they are well over the limit. At least open another lane for those of us who are in a hurry that day!
Chris bagged my groceries tonight and he walked me to my jeep in the pouring rain! I greatly appreciated him and he was so pleasant the entire time! Such a great employee! I greatly appreciate him and his help! Always a great experience once again at my local publix! Thank you Chris!
Thank you to the wonderful Pharmacy staff who were very patient and overwhelmingly helpful in a very frustrating situation for myself. Their customer service skills are outstanding and I can't say enough great things about what a help they were!!
Publix your employees are amazing started grocery shopping at 6ish and our store was closing early at 7 and even though we were not checking out until 7:30 none of the employees made us feel rushed and were as always helpful and friendly.
Wonderful staff-but latest manger is the WORST in the 23 years I have shopped at this Aloma Publix. Sad watching it go downhill.
