The deli in this store has gone down hill. There are a few good employees who will do thier best to help the customer, but the management allows the deli hot soup to go dry by 630-7p and they typically refuse to refill the soups. The store is open until 11, but if you want something hot from the deli, buy it by 4p, after that it is old and dry or no longer available.
Clean store, very friendly staff. Always a smile and a pleasant hello from cashier and bag person. Love the ease of online ordering especially on busy weekends! Always use the app to create and follow my shopping guide list, get coupons without clipping! Favorite place to shop!
I came back from a trip just now, hungry and tired. I ordered a sub online so i can run in and out quickly from my neighborhood Publix (Higate Square). I came home only to find my order completely wrong. I ordered half a sub and they gave me a full one. I could have gone to the counter to get it fixed but i had no time or patience to wait the huge deli line on a Sunday afternoon.
