You can never get a hold ofthem. They raise your rights to ungodly amounts
This is worst company by far!! No one ever answers the phones ever there!! The rent increases every other month for the smallest unit it went from $59 to $99 in less than a year! They have mice running rampant! The laziness od whoever works there will ask you to let people inside the building Because the other tenants code isn't working I hate this place will definitely be moving my stuff elsewhere. Do not I repeat do not waste your time or money!! Keep your sanity!!
I rented a space at the Public Storage on Balboa and Saticoy location and I believe the manager’s name was Alex. He was excellent and made my experience. Very smooth. He was very nice professional and helpful if he is a representative of this company, then he makes Public Storage look really good because I had an excellent experience.
