It's always impossible to get someone on the phone. I KEEP CALLING ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL FEES BEING ATTATCHED ON. I AM OUT OF TOWN WORKING, HAVE NEVER MISSED A MONTH. IM GETTING A LOT IRRITATED. I JUST WANT ANSWERS

We were a month and a half behind we got locked out that's expected we paid it and went to get in and we still didn't have access even though they gave us the code for the lock they put on our door they would not allow us access to the inside to take it off now they are charging us $23 every two or three days even though we can't get in to take the lock off for the lock they put on the door cannot get anyone to answer the phone cannot get it fixed through the app this is ridiculous we are now at over $100 in lock fees becaus... read more

MICE, MICE, MICE!! Disgusting! There was a homeless woman living in the end unit, I’m thinking she has done permanent damage. I’ve been here over 2.5yrs and to find this mice pee and poop moving day is just too much! I couldn’t move the boxes because I have to make sure I don’t have any living in them. The Orangedoor insurance they make you get…it’s $250 max payout for vermin after $100 deductible.
