James very attentive we out storage needs. Class act and will recommend others to use this Public Storage location.
I’ve had a unit here for about eight months and things were fine at first. Today I upgraded to a larger unit and immediately found mice droppings all over my current unit, along with damage to some of my belongings. When I reported it, the employee shrugged and said, “Well, it’s the city,” and explained they don’t clean or sanitize units. My unit contains power tools, music equipment, and Christmas decorations, nothing that would attract mice.
