Visits to my storage unit are as smooth as butter each time with no complaints while having WiFi gate entrance access, boy oh boy, my favorite especially during cold winter stormy days. Long story short, my most recent visit topped it off. If it weren’t for Karen, a Staff Member, I probably would have had to sleep the night there stuck at the gate attempting to exit. Just very dark and empty at night ..no security guard or staff around the grounds But units appear to be clean .
Good value, elevators always worked, on-site staff very helpful
NOT the best place for long term dead storage! I currently rent 2 units here. And at the end of Aug. will be a year renting at this location. They have RAISED my rent on both units a total of 5 TIMES in less then a year! The price now is UNBELIEVABLE & NOT worth it! i cannot afford it now! BE CAREFUL with this company, there plan is to get you in debt to auction off your unit. As I was told by an employee there. Smfh!
