Good storage facility. Safe area with lots of security cameras, climate-controlled units, and you can open the gate by Bluetooth through the app. 5x10 storage at the picture. Update: after 3 months price increased on 75%. Also in winter time driveway was icy. It was really hard to load and unload the car.
AVOID! The pricing model to this facility is terrible. My rent increased 80% in less than a year and I was told by the manager of this facility Frank that this is their standard operating model. There is no long term contract available. You will be priced out. The cost does not justify the facility. I had to move units once already due to ceiling damage and will be moving out before my rate increases.
A thank you to Frank for being available over the past few days to answer questions while I was moving into my storage unit. Very courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to security at this site. Carts were always available at the loading area. Very clean facility. Well lit inside. Elevator is responsive and located right next to the entrance.
