The facility and onsite manager is good, but I would give zero star to the Corporate. I feel like I got scammed. I found a really good deal on the website, so I took it and signed the agreement. However, when I arrived at the facility to move in, I found that the storage unit assigned to me is much smaller than what I was supposed to get. I talked to the on site manager, but he said the size information for the unit (shown on the website) was incorrect, and he has no control on it because the website is managed by the corpor... read more
Aaron was very helpful with getting the storage units I needed. The facility is very cleans and secure.
Rented one of their 5 x 5 units today I was told the best way to do it was through the website. After they took my money, they allowed me into the parking garage, but not into my unit I waited half an hour for the office to open up and they gave me a temporary code until the manager can get in When I finally got into the unit about an hour later, I learned that it wasn’t 5 x 5 but 59“ x 56“ Maybe that would work for some people, but I needed the 25 ft.² and that’s what they advertised at the price I was quoted, but not given... read more
